Candidate - Dulwich Village, Southwark Council

Clive Rates is one of Dulwich & West Norwood Conservatives' two candidates for Dulwich Village in the 2022 Local Elections.

Clive co-founded the Dulwich Village, College Road and Woodyard Lane Residents Association and was its chair until December 2021. In 2020, he co-founded the Dulwich Alliance, a community group made up of Dulwich residents and businesses demanding a more effective and equitable solution to traffic than Southwark Council's failed and counter-productive road closures. Clive has lived in Dulwich Village for over 15 years, and is a Chartered Accountant by profession, currently self-employed. He is a keen runner, walker and cyclist as well as an occasional surfer.
