Shop safely today: shops can reopen their doors in England

From June 15th, shops are able to reopen their doors in England, in the next step in our careful easing of lockdown – provided they are meeting robust safety guidelines, keeping staff and customers safe as we get our economy moving again.

Brandon Lewis MP Zoom Q&A - an Association first!

We were delighted to host an online Q&A with Brandon Lewis MP last night. 

Association members dialled into to Zoom to hear from Brandon, who joined us from Hillsborough Castle, in County Down, Northern Ireland. 


Sadiq Khan has decided to increase the Congestion Charge to £15, and expand it to 7 days a week (7am-10pm). New residents will also lose the resident discount. These changes are meant to come into effect on 22nd June 2020 - unless we can force him to abandon his plans first.

Say no to scrap metal processing site in Norwood!

Southwark Metals has lodged an application to build a scrap metal processing site in the Norwood area. 

The chosen site is on Windsor Grove, just off Elder Road. This is very close to Kingswood Primary School, Park Campus and Windsor Close housing.
