Our candidate for General Election 2019, Jane Lyons, has laid our her vision for Dulwich & West Norwood.
Jane, a Dulwich resident of some 20 years, will be your local champion and will deliver for our community.
Jane has six main priorities for the local area:
- Build safer communities
Jane will back the Government's plans to put 20,000 more police officers on our streets to deliver a visible police presence and keep our communities safe.
- Strengthen our NHS
Jane will work to ensure the £33.9 billion Conservative investment pledged to our NHS over the next 5 years is delivered to local hospitals and GPs.
- Stand up for local tenants
Local councils have neglected our estates and failed residents. Jane will fight to ensure their voices are heard.
- Support every child
Conservatives have pledged an increase of £14 billion in education over three years. I will make sure our children benefit from this investment.
- Improve public transport
Too many people in our community have poor local transport. Jane will lobby Mayor Sadiq Khan to introduce better and more accessible transport links.
- Improve air quality
The Government has set aside £3.5 billion to tackle air pollution. Jane will work to better manage traffic near our schools.
Help Jane deliver her plan for Dulwich and West Norwood.
